Pool Daily Qi Yoga
The perfect start or end to your day, join our daily yoga sessions. These classes are suitable for all levels and particularly those who have never tried Yoga before. Qi Yoga is a therapeutic blend of Hatha Yoga (balancing and restorative Yoga) and Qi Gong (ancient Chinese healing practice), to create centring, grounding, energy harnessing, stress relief, healing on a cellular level through to an energetic level and much more.

As with all Yoga, this carefully constructed practice heals the mind and body, but also tones, strengthens, and increases confidence.

Yoga Classes are at 9:00am and 5:00pm daily, every day apart from Thursday and Friday. Yoga is free for spa members and residential guests staying on a spa package. £5/15YTL for non-members (this does not include access to the spa, use of towels or changing rooms)

One-To-One Yoga (£60, 1 hour 25 minutes)
A personalised Qi Gong & Hatha Yoga session with meditation. This includes Qi gong, meridian tapping and Qi gong exercises to unblock negative energy, past emotions and dis-ease from the organs, meridians and chakras. Qi Gong heals the mind and body whilst detoxifying and strengthening the entire system. Yoga asanas (postures) tailored to suit the client dependent on their needs i.e.; stress, back care, cleansing & relaxation, vitality, overall strengthening and toning etc. Meditation, this enables the client to connect with their inner self. Guided Visualizations to improve confidence calm the mind and body, help alleviate and cure addictions. Improves overall mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

All fused together to create a healing, rejuvenating and overall strengthening of the mind, body and spirit.

Pre-Natal Yoga (£40, 55 minutes)
Gentle Hatha Yoga exercises fused with Qi-gong (ancient Chinese healing exercises) and meditation to connect you with your baby, whilst you enjoy the physical, mental and emotional benefits: -

  • Increases overall strength and wellbeing.
  • Reduces lower back pain and sciatica.
  • Reduces aches and fatigue in the thoracic and cervical regions of the spine.
  • Reduces swelling around the joints.
  • Aids digestion.
  • Helps you prepare for giving birth.
  • Improves emotional wellbeing.
  • Connects you with your baby and other mothers to be.
Meditation Classes (Wednesdays, 4.00pm, 15YTL, 45 minutes)
Meditation, Mudras and Pranayama - Mudras (hand gestures). The five fingers are made up of the five elements (fire, air water etc), when a finger of one of the elements is brought to the thumb; it restores and balances that element within the body. Mudras start electromagnetic currents in the body, which balance various constituting elements to restore health in the mind and body. Pranayama breathing exercises are to calm, restore and heal the body-mind and spirit. Mudras and Pranayama are combined with Meditation techniques to connect the client with their higher self, improve and heal mental- emotional and physical dis-ease and bring clarity, focus and peace.

Reiki & Crystal Healing (£40, 55 minutes)
Reiki Healing & Reiki Healing with Crystals - Reiki means ‘universal life energy’. In Reiki therapy this energy flows from the practitioners hands towards the body and is utilised to heal the skin, organs and immune system. Placing the hands on the areas of the chakras helps to remove energy and emotional blockages and creates a feeling of deep relaxation. Reiki can bring positive changes to both mental and physical health. Reiki with Crystals, same principles as above but crystals are placed on the chakras, organs or parts of the body to intensify and enhance the healing process
